Key Responsibilities

Litigate complex highvalue matters from inception through resolution
Develop drive and manage comprehensive case strategy
Conduct and defend depositions appear in court and engage in mediations
Lead mentor and supervise support staff to ensure effective case execution

Requirements

Active California Bar license required
Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation or relevant experience
Bachelors degree required
Experience in Personal Injury Medical Malpractice or Criminal Defense strongly preferred
