Associate Analytics

Location: (Hybrid) Atlanta GA

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Mix Analyst with strong analytical foundations and handson quantitative skills to support the delivery of marketing effectiveness and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to data preparation modeling and insight generation working closely with senior analysts and consultants to deliver highquality actionable outputs for clients.

This role is executionfocused offering strong learning exposure to MMM methodologies analytical problemsolving and client-impactful analytics.

Job Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytics Statistics Economics Mathematics or Business/Marketing Management
03 years of analytics experience preferably in marketing effectiveness or related quantitative fields
Foundational knowledge of statistics and regression-based modeling techniques
Exposure to timeseries analysis or marketing performance analytics preferred
Experience working with large datasets and conducting handson analysis
Strong attention to detail structured thinking and problem-solving ability
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Organized proactive and eager to learn in a fastpaced analytics environment

Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Support

Support MMM projects across the delivery lifecycle including data collection data validation modeling support and QA
Execute defined analytical tasks under the guidance of senior team members
Adhere to project timelines quality standards and documentation requirements
Collaborate with offshore and crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth execution

Analytics & Modeling

Prepare clean and structure data for MMM and related analytics use cases
Run predefined analytical workflows regression models and diagnostics
Assist in interpreting model outputs and validating results
Conduct exploratory and adhoc analyses to answer specific business questions

Insight & Reporting Support

Translate analytical outputs into clear charts tables and summaries
Support development of client-ready presentations and deliverables
Contribute to internal and client materials by summarizing findings and observations
Incorporate feedback from senior team members to refine analysis and outputs

Professional Development & Team Contribution

Build foundational expertise in MMM methodologies tools and best practices
Learn to connect analytics outputs to marketing and business decisions
Contribute to process improvements templates and knowledge assets
Demonstrate ownership curiosity and continuous improvement mindset

The salary range for this role in Atlanta is $80000 - $90000 USD Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location work experience skills knowledge education and/or certifications.
