More about the role:
Burson is looking for an entry-level Analyst to join our Social Listening & Analytics team in support of some of the most iconic global brands. If youre a recent graduate with internship experience in digital media marketing or communications and youre eager to dive into social media trends consumer insights and cultural conversations this is your chance to grow at the intersection of data and storytelling.

What youll do:
- Assist with data collection basic research tasks organizing information
- Support project coordination efforts meticulously documenting project details and learning all methodologies.
- Participate in internal training sessions on research tools and best practices.
- Proofreading and numbers checking client deliverables.
- Support social media monitoring and reporting for brands helping track cultural competitor and consumer trends.
- Learn to use tools like Brandwatch Sprinklr and NewsWhip to uncover insights that influence brand reputation sustainability and social impact initiatives.
- Monitor online conversations and media trends around multiple brands and corporate presence.
- Assist in preparing performance reports for campaigns and brand health tracking across social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment gaining exposure to both agency and client-side work.
Experience that contributes to success:
- Recent graduates (Bachelors degree in data analytics communications research or related field).
- Internship experience in marketing analytics or social media (agency brand or nonprofit experience all welcome).
- Curious and detail-oriented individuals who are excited by data and cultural trends.
- Strong writing research and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; bonus points if youve dabbled in pivot tables boolean searches leveraging LLMs or dashboards.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and learning new tools in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic team players eager to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
