About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to support expansion and revenue growth across assigned existing customers. This role focuses on single-site accounts helping identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building strong customer relationships.

Youll partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to drive account growth improve customer outcomes and contribute directly to revenue expansion.

What Youll Do

Own upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing customers.
Identify growth opportunities based on customer needs and product usage.
Conduct business reviews and support account growth planning.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data in Salesforce.
Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to execute expansion opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

What You Bring

1 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
Experience working with customer accounts and identifying revenue opportunities
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Strong communication and relationship-building
Adaptability organization and a customer-first
Healthcare foodservice or senior living experience (nice to have)

Compensation

$60000 - $75000 USD base Commission $90000 - $95000 OTE

Required Experience:

Manager
