What youll do:
Team Leadership and Development: Oversee hiring training coaching and performance evaluation of technical staff including RAN engineers Implementation Managers OSP technicians project managers; manage strategic relationships and vendor negotiations.
Network Planning and Technical Expertise: Lead planning design installation and optimization of RAN and OSP infrastructure providing expert consultation and managing contract resources; coordinate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders to implement advanced technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management and Execution: Direct teams in the strategic planning execution and delivery of network construction and engineering projects including copper removal and integration of fiber and mobility builds to optimize infrastructure.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets oversee capital expenditures and ensure efficient allocation of financial and human resources; manage inventory tool budgeting procurement and supplier coordination.
Compliance Safety and Standards: Ensure all activities comply with industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies; conduct in-field safety and quality inspections and enforce safety protocols.

What youll need:

Lead and develop high-performing teams responsible for the end-to-end planning design construction implementation and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure. Ensure seamless project execution regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement through expert technical leadership effective stakeholder collaboration and efficient resource management across RAN OSP fiber and project management functions.

What youll bring:

Oversees operational aspects of the department focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring firing disciplinary action promotional activity and pay decisions for subordinates.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include but is not limited to work related to fuel tanks emergency and stand-by generators boilers hazardous waste hazardous materials batteries manholes and vaults water wells linear and other construction projects water discharge or air emissions.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience.
