Assistant Property Manager

Working closely with the Property Manager you will help direct the daily operations of four apartment communities across Shaker Heights and Edgewater.

• Provide excellent customer service through prompt professional and authentically caring responses
• Maximize operational performance of properties
• Lead the leasing efforts for your property group including advertising applications showings move-ins and renewals
• Maintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints conducting onsite inspections and enforcing rules of occupancy
• Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Experience

• Proven success in customer service and administration
• Exposure to leasing or property management including a foundational understanding of Fair Housing guidelines
• Familiarity with Clevelands market-rate multifamily real estate industry

Other Requirements

• Availability to work a 40-hour work week which may include Saturdays
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid drivers license
• Valid vehicle registration and insurance
• Able to ascend/descend stairs traverse uneven terrain transport up to 25 lbs anduse a computer for a full workday
