Position Summary: The Department of Biology invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Biology with a focus on Environmental Science. The successful candidate will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate programs through teaching research and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in biology and environmental science.
• Develop and deliver course content in alignment with program curricula.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Maintain active scholarship and pursue external funding.
• Participate in departmental university and community service.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biological Sciences Ecology Environmental Science or related field.
• Demonstrated teaching research and service experience appropriate for Assistant Professor rank.
• Commitment to student success and scholarly development.
