The Bethany Public School District is seeking a dynamic collaborative team-oriented instructional leader for a new position of Assistant Principal.
Candidates should possess outstanding communication skills a strong understanding of vision and purpose and the interpersonal and organizational abilities necessary to collaborate with all stakeholders.
As part of a team be responsible for cultivating a climate of trust high expectations and efficacy through supervision and support.
Must hold a valid Connecticut State Department of Education Certification in Intermediate Administration and Supervision (092) with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience preferred.
