Locum NP (Nurse Practitioner), PA (Physician's Assistant) Family Medicine

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with best practices in family medicine

• Associates degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Current NP or PA certification and state licensure
• Experience in family medicine or primary care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Volume: 18-22 per day

Patient Population: 65% adults 29% geriatrics and 6% pediatrics

Case Types: Bread and butter primary care common musculoskeletal problems psychiatry employment physicals disability exams well-woman care orthopedics and x-ray and EKG interpretation

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
