As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain our high standards of service foster a positive team culture and drive operational excellence. This position offers a competitive salary range of $65000 - $75000 annually along with a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant
• Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and supply chain processes
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budget management

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
