A fast-paced high-volume quick service food concept is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead a strong guest-focused team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily shop operations to ensure fast accurate and high-quality guest service
- Lead shifts by coaching and supporting team members on the floor
- Assist with scheduling labor management and daily staffing needs
- Help maintain food quality portioning and brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist with cash handling register accuracy and end-of-day procedures
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and consistency
- Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Support inventory counts product ordering and waste control
Qualifications:
- Positive team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience in food service retail or hospitality leadership preferred
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead from the floor
