As Assistant Gym Manager youll help drive the success of the club by:

• Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
• Building genuine relationships that promote long-term member retention
• Supporting membership growth through outreach referrals and community engagement
• Collaborating with team members to achieve club goals
• Maintaining an impressively tidy welcoming and high-energy facility
• Assisting with operations phone calls and cleaning on a daily basis
• Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth

• Leadership customer service sales hospitality or fitness experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
