What Youll Do:

• Assist in planning organizing and directing overall nursing services

• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery

• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participate in quality assurance staff development and clinical improvement efforts

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed RN in Illinois

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

• Leadership experience (ADON Unit Manager RN Supervisor etc.)

• Strong interpersonal organizational and clinical skills

• Passion for resident-centered care and team development
