Job Summary
work with the current coaching staff
provide on and off the field training opportunities that include instruction and management of all players/goalkeepers
assist with organizing off the field events
communicating with players and parents
other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals
experience coaching with demonstrated success at the middle school/high school levels
passion for working with lower level school athletes
ability to balance team building with individual skill building
