Position Summary
Performs hands-on manufacturing assembly electrical machining maintenance troubleshooting inspection and production-support activities. Operates equipmentassemblesandmodifiescomponents performs basic electrical and machining workmaintainsquality standards and supports safe and efficient production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following:
The AssemblerOperatorII willbe responsible forassembling testing and inspecting purchased and manufactured itemsbyprint/instruction.
Set up andoperateassembly manufacturing manual and/or CNC equipment.
Assemble install align adjust and inspect components and finished products.
Perform electrical installation wiring testing troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform machining operations such as drilling milling turning cutting grinding deburring and finishing.
Read work instructions drawings specifications schematics and machining requirements.
Use hand tools power tools measuring instruments machining tools and production equipment safely.
Perform inspections and measurements to verify quality dimensions tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic mechanical electrical and machining troubleshooting.
Identifydefects equipment issues and unsafe conditions and resolve or escalate asappropriate.
Maintainaccurateproduction inspection maintenance and repair records.
Support production schedules continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
Maintain clean organized and safe work areas and follow all required safety and PPE procedures.
Skills/Experience:
3-5yearsmanufacturing experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail safety quality reliability and teamwork.
Ability to read technical drawings work instructions electrical diagrams and specifications.
Mechanical electrical machining or manufacturing knowledge gained through training education apprenticeship certification or relevant experience.
Advanced electrical knowledge to include wiring testing and trouble shooting.Basic understanding of machining electrical systems dimensions tolerances and quality inspection.
Ability to use common hand tools power tools measuring equipment and manufacturingmachinery.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervisionon routine tasks and learn increasingly complex technical work.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
