The primary responsibility involves accurately identifying product types and recognizing various defect patterns to ensure consistent quality standards. This role also includes performing precision repairs by applying putty to wood pieces enhancing surface finish and overall product quality. Responsibilities:
  • Identify product types produced on the assembly line with accuracy and consistency
  • Recognize and categorize different types of product defects during inspection
  • Apply putty to wood surfaces to repair imperfections and improve finish quality
  • Maintain a clean organized workspace and ensure tools and materials are properly stored
  • Collaborate with team members to support continuous quality improvement initiatives

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic manufacturing operations team in Corinth. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth daily functioning of our administrative operations supporting both front-line production teams and corporate departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office management systems adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and capable of quickly mastering new tools and processes. With a strong foundation in computer literacy and experience using enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records streamlining workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This position offers a valuable opportunity to grow within a growing manufacturing organization while contributing to the success of a high-performing team. --- Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations including mail handling document filing and supply inventory. Maintain and update employee records attendance logs and departmental databases using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Coordinate internal communications schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes. Assist in procurement and vendor management by processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries. Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork training coordination and employee data updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in office operations. Act as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries providing timely and professional responses. Identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with production logistics and finance teams to support cross-functional workflows. Demonstrate quick learning ability by adapting to new software procedures and operational changes. --- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration or related field is a plus. 13 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and experienced in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative results-driven culture. Proven quick learner with a proactive attitude toward mastering new systems and processes.
