Job description:
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have Experience with prefabricated cable wire harness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble prefabricated cables according to drawings and work instructions
- Measure cut strip crimp and label wires and cables
- Operate hand tools and machines safely
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Cooperate with team members to meet production schedules
- Set up adjust and monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- In-line quality checks such as crimping surface condition etc.
- Record production and self-inspection data accurately
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in wire or cable assembly preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic English communication skills (reading writing speaking)
- Comfortable with standing bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Willingness to work overtime depending on order volumeAuthorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with prefabricated cable wire harness
- Experience with self-quality inspections Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Shift work may be required
- Overtime may be required depending on order volume
