What Youll Do

• Assemble air conditioning units usinghand and power tools

• Followblueprints and engineering drawingsto build subassemblies and final products

• Maintain aclean safe and organizedwork area

• Inspect parts for defects and report issues

• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

• Supportcontinuous improvementby identifying ways to streamline processes

• Use basic computer tools (Excel Word) to track production and inventory

• Be flexible withovertime and shift changesas needed

What You Bring

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in amanufacturing or industrialsetting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Physically able to lift up to50 lbs stand for long periods and work in anon-climate-controlledenvironment

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in anoisy and dustysetting

Preferred:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Hourly Hiring Range $16-18 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
