Eatons ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Assembler. The core hours are 5:00am to 1:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $20.78 per hour.

What youll do:
POSITION SUMMARY
They will be responsible for working on a production line by ensuring that all processes are completed effectively and efficiently and ready to be handed to the next member of the team. Time management reading technical documents and having the ability to identify quality control issues are a must.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lift material onto machines manually or with a hoist
Document production numbers on a board at station.
Review purchase orders with manufacturing details design specifications and assembly instructions to ensure work is performed according to specifications
Cut and strip wires according to specifications
Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components units subassemblies wiring or assembly casings using pneumatic drills drivers rivets bolts glue soldering or micro-welding equipment
Position align or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly
Pack finished assemblies for shipment and place on pick up line for distribution using tape dispenser and safety box cutter
Fabricate assemble or disassemble manufactured products by hand
Read testing device to ensure quality of product
Shovel sweep or otherwise clean work stations
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
Remain standing for an extended period of time up to 8 hours
Able to perform with constant movement of the arms

Design - Knowledge of tools drawings and models.

Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools including their uses.
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials production processing and quality control.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.

Mechanical Skills - Comfortable working with machines and have a good understanding of the machines and how their parts work.
