Assembler Packer

We are seeking dependable high-energy individuals to join our team as this entry-level role you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring daily production flow runs smoothly. No prior experience is requiredwe provide full hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.

Responsibilities Include

• Packaging & Sorting: Inspect package and pack finished goods into designated containers according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Perform visual quality checks to ensure products are free of defects before final shipment.
• Palletizing & Labeling: Accurately label seal and stack boxes onto pallets for safe transport across the facility.
• Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a tidy hazard-free workstation and comply with all safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside shift supervisors and team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Skills / Qualifications

• Experience Level: No experience requiredwill train!
• Preferred Backgrounds: Food service or retail experience a plus; previous dishwasher or cleaning experience a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot product flaws and follow precise packaging instructions.
• Work Ethic: Strong physical stamina reliability and a positive team-first attitude.
• Communication: Ability to read work orders follow verbal instructions and communicate clearly with team members.
