Job Summary
Job Title: Assembler I
Location: Onsite
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift Schedule: Tuesday Friday 6:30 AM 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

Ideal Candidate
Candidates with manufacturing electronics assembly wiring soldering production or mechanical assembly experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Read understand and follow assembly instructions wiring diagrams and established procedures.
- Assemble components parts and subassemblies accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
- Perform board-level assembly using solder pots and point-to-point soldering techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other assembly stations to ensure production efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify and report production issues non-conformances or barriers to management along with recommended solutions.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards safety procedures PPE requirements and ergonomic practices.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S principles.
- Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and wiring diagrams.
- Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers and operating assembly equipment.
- Basic experience with point-to-point soldering.
- Basic computer skills.
