Electrical and Wiring Assembler responsible for the assembly of electrical panels and cabinets based in our Foxboro MA location.
Shift: Monday Thursday 10 hours/day
What will you do
Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.
Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.
Read and review blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
Follow 5S and Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices
Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety quality customers and productivity.
Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke continuous improvement process training and other measures within the group.
What qualifications will make you successful
High School Diploma/GED required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings schematics wiring/block diagrams.
Experience with basic hand tools air tools gages torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.
Physical Ability: Capable to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead pull push and bend at times.
Communicate write and speak effectively in English
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
