Wage:Sleep Hours: $11.41 / hour Awake Hours: $24.00 / hour

Blue Sky Inc. is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to adolescents and young adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting.

The primary responsibility of this position is to help ensure the safety well-being and support of the individuals served while assisting with individualized goals and required documentation. During designated overnight sleep hours staff are permitted to sleep but must remain onsite and be able to promptly respond to client needs or emergencies as necessary.

This is a weekend-only position ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income or a consistent weekend schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring the health safety and well-being of individuals served
• Responding appropriately to overnight needs or emergencies
• Assisting with implementation of individualized support plans
• Completing required documentation accurately and timely
• Supporting independent living skills and positive daily routines
• Working collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a background study
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and able to respond promptly during overnight hours
• Drivers License (preferred)
