Job Summary

SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Tulsa office as a Team Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. Youll be working with other design professionals on ground-up buildings remodels and special projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

First point of contact for greeting office visitors. Will also answer phones and route calls using a multi-line phone system.
Primary responsibilities include providing various support services to architectural teams.
Support functions include editing specifications; managing schedules; tracking contracts submittals and requests for information; coordinating staff communication; typing change orders; creating and maintaining various filing systems; assisting in creating proposals; project uploads; and other tasks as assigned.
Assists with maintaining office common spaces for cleanliness and order. e.g. kitchen conference rooms etc.

Candidate Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalency.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role preferably in an architecture or engineering firm. Candidate must also have proficiency in the MS Office suite.
SKILLS: Ideal candidate will be motivated dependable detail-oriented have excellent organizational skills good computer skills and can work independently and/or in a team environment.
