Arcade Attendant

Ensure the safety of all guests and patrons of the arcade area. Assist management with meeting safety standards guest service standards and cleanliness. 

Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

• Ensure guest service safety and cleanliness standards are met in the arcade area.
• To follow the Retail and Hotel Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications :

Performance Requirements: (Knowledge skills and abilities)

• Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers some of whom will require patience tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and solve management concerns.
• Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
• Ability to maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to maintain the condition and appearance of the location.
• Respond to guest inquiries.  Provide guest satisfaction through assistance direction and information with hotel guidelines.
• Reporting/fixing game issues as needed including ticket and card malfunctions

Additional Information :

Experience  Requirements

• Money handling experience preferred.
• guest service experience preferred

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Desirables:

• Customer service experience
• Flexibility to suit the needs of the Business
• Reliability to suit the needs of the Business
• Ability to be scheduling during high occupancy and key conventions able to adapt to schedule changes
