Based at our regional office in Belmont Durham with set days out in the community and to attend college

Pay 21216 (under 20) - 24853 (21 and over)

Hours 37.5 hours per week

24-month fixed term apprenticeship with the potential for a permanent role at the end

Our customer only apprenticeships are open to all ages and backgrounds whether youre starting out changing direction or returning to work.

About the role

Youll be a valued member of the team learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful hands-on work. Youll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop your skills and confidence.

Youll learn how to:

• Prepare surfaces and apply plaster to walls and ceilings in customers homes

• Carry out both solid and fibrous plastering tasks

• Work safely on site following health and safety guidance

• Use tools equipment and materials correctly and responsibly

• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues showing care respect and good timekeeping

• Record work accurately and quality checks as part of your apprenticeship

What qualification will you gain

• Level 2 Plastering apprenticeship delivered by Newcastle College

Youll combine on-the-job learning with structured study building skills and confidence that will support your long-term career.

Who were looking for

Were looking for people who:

• Achieved GCSEs in English and Mathematics grades 9-3 (A*-D)

• Are IT confident or at the very least have a basic understanding

• Are keen to learn and develop new skills for example communication both verbal and written

• Share our values want to make a difference and thrive in a team environment

• Are organised curious and willing to ask questions

• You dont need previous experience; well support you every step of the way.
