Apprentice Epoxy Installer

About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Epoxy Installer Apprentice to join our growing flooring team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Indianapolis area.

No prior epoxy experience is required we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction coatings concrete or skilled trades who wants long-term career growth.

What Youll Do

• Assist with installation of epoxy urethane and resinous flooring systems
  
• Help prepare concrete surfaces through grinding patching and cleaning
  
• Mix and apply coating materials under supervision
  
• Move materials tools and equipment safely on job sites
  
• Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
  
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
  
• Travel to local job sites with crew members
  
• Support team leads with daily project tasks
  

What Were Looking For

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  
• Valid drivers license preferred
  
• Construction or flooring experience is a plus but not required
  
• Ability to work early mornings overtime or occasional weekends when needed
