• Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems efficiently and safely

• Work collaboratively with superintendents and field crews to meet project schedules

• Communicate job progress needs and issues clearly to site leadership

• Maintain quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations

• Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures

• 5 years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed

• Valid drivers license with a good driving record

• Own basic hand tools required for the trade

• Reliable professional and safety-focused mindset

• Positive attitude and pride in your work

• Ability to work MondayFriday 40 hours/week with overtime or weekends as needed

• Steady pipeline of work in the Denver market
