• Perform 4 or more repairs per day at customer locations
• Repair a variety of hard surfaces including cabinets countertops floors appliances furniture and more
• Deliver high-quality repairs that typically take less than two hours to complete
• Use creativity and problem-solving to develop repair solutions for each unique situation

• Communicate professionally with customers tenants property managers and site personnel
• Keep accurate job notes and updates in company software
• Represent the company with a positive service-focused attitude

• Learn and master our proprietary repair system
• Develop expertise with specialized tools and materials
• Continuously improve your repair and color-matching skills
