- Perform 4 or more repairs per day at customer locations
- Repair a variety of hard surfaces including cabinets countertops floors appliances furniture and more
- Deliver high-quality repairs that typically take less than two hours to complete
- Use creativity and problem-solving to develop repair solutions for each unique situation
- Communicate professionally with customers tenants property managers and site personnel
- Keep accurate job notes and updates in company software
- Represent the company with a positive service-focused attitude
- Learn and master our proprietary repair system
- Develop expertise with specialized tools and materials
- Continuously improve your repair and color-matching skills
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can accurately distinguish and match colors
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Is dependable coachable and eager to learn
- Enjoys solving problems independently
- Experience performing hands-on or manual work
