Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Integration Developer to support enterprise integrations automation workflows ETL processes and SQL development across Finance Payroll and HCM systems. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in Workday integrations SQL Server development APIs ETL solutions and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise HR payroll finance and ERP environments while building scalable and reliable automation and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and troubleshoot integrations automation workflows and ETL processes
• Build and support integrations using:
  • C#
  • .NET
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • SFTP
  • Workday EIB and Studio
  • Custom ETL solutions
• Design and optimize SQL Server queries stored procedures and data processing workflows
• Create automated workflows using:
  • Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
  • Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • SQL-driven ETL pipelines
• Support low-code automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform
• Implement and maintain secure API integrations using OAuth and token-based authentication
• Process and transform data formats including:
  • JSON
  • XML
  • CSV
  • Excel
  • PDF
• Troubleshoot integration automation payroll finance and data-related issues
• Monitor operational performance and ensure reliability of enterprise integrations
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support ERP HR payroll and finance processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL Server experience with advanced query writing and stored procedure development
• Experience developing integrations using:
  • C#
  • .NET
  • APIs
  • ETL processes
• Hands-on Workday integration experience including:
  • Workday EIB
  • Workday Studio
  • Workday APIs
• Experience with:
  • Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
  • Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Strong understanding of:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • OAuth
  • Token-based authentication
• Experience supporting:
  • Finance systems
  • Payroll systems
  • HR systems
  • ERP workflows
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tyler Technologies Incode Financials
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll integrations
• Experience with ETL middleware or enterprise automation platforms
• Familiarity with Python or scripting languages for automation and data processing
