Job Description:
- Create development strategies and processes to standardize development practices across the Division daily as assigned by the Department
- Manage team performance provide mentorship and handle resource allocation daily as assigned by the Department
- Ensure regular and transparent communication with executive leadership daily as assigned by the Department
- Project planning organization and implementation work breakdown structures scheduling and control on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department.
- Project control processes procedures and change control on a weekly basis as assigned by the Department.
Required Skills:
- minimum of twenty years of experience with object-oriented development techniques and managing project teams.
- minimum of twenty years of experience Web application server system administration monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning
- minimum of twenty years of experience with data reporting and dashboards to meet user-defined requirements
- minimum of twenty years of experience in change management best practices serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team
- minimum of twenty years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
- PMP Certification Required.
