If you have a genuine love for animals The Sampson County Animal Shelter offers a new opportunity to assist with the receipt care and adoption of unclaimed and rescued animals. Working in a brand new facility with a caring staff the ideal candidate will provide quality animal care in a team environment to provide positive outcomes. This position requires professional interactions with the public and hands-on care of animals and their environment as well as assisting with the maintenance of the facility and grounds. Physical dexterity ability to lift and safely handle animals and work with limited supervision are minimal expectations.
