Anesthesiology Opportunity Available in Central Florida

Orlando Health South Lake Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and well-supported team just outside of Orlando Florida. This full-time hospital-based position offers a balance of compensation flexibility and lifestyle making it an ideal opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates.

Position Highlights

• Primarily supervisory model with CRNAs (minimal own cases)
• Bread-and-butter community hospital case mix including OB general and some thoracic
• No cardiac cases (cardiac program launching soon)
• Steady manageable workload in a collegial environment

Schedule & Call

• 3 weeks of standard schedule (primarily MondayFriday)
• Weekend rotation: 1 in 5 weekends
• 1:5 call structure with home call model
  • MondayFriday: 4 PM 7 AM (from home)
  • Weekend: 7 PM 7 AM (Saturday & Sunday)
• Post-call benefit: Entire following week off
