As an Analytics Solutions Senior Associate within JPMorganChase you solve high-visibility problems with data end to end.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and data solution delivery from problem definition through implementation and stakeholder readouts
• Elicit and document business requirements translating them into clear functional specifications and solution scope
• Mine analyze and synthesize large datasets to produce insights recommendations and decision-ready outputs
• Develop and maintain datasets/pipelines by querying enterprise data sources using appropriate tools and languages
• Manage project plans milestones risks and dependencies; communicate progress and escalate issues when needed
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners (e.g. technology data science legal and other support teams) to deliver outcomes
• Ensure quality standards for analysis documentation and controls are met throughout delivery

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. MIS Computer Science Business Analytics Economics Business) or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. analytics marketing finance risk or consulting-oriented problem solving)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one analytics/programming tool (e.g. SAS Python Alteryx Databricks ThoughtSpot UiPath) or willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including comfort presenting to senior audiences
• Collaborative inclusive working style with strong relationship-building and influence skills

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience working with both relational and unstructured data in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with modern data/cloud ecosystems and scalable analytics patterns
• Experience building repeatable reporting/measurement frameworks and executive-ready dashboards
• Experience operating in agile delivery environments and continuous change
