How Youll Make an Impact

As an Analytical Instrumentation Support youll be at the forefront of our innovation by supporting all Quality Control processes regarding Statistical Quality Control (SQC) instrument verification validation and Out of Specification (OOS) from QC perspective including but not limited to all Standard Work Process (SWP) Management System and analytical responsibilities. This opportunity provides analytical guidance aid and support to Quality Control Lab to achieve data and instrument this role you will:

• Technical evaluation of QC Lab processes with respect to method and instrument validation and reliability.
• Review and analyze SQC data with a focus on instrument and technician performance and implement mitigating actions when appropriate.
• Primary person responsible for instrument manuals calibration protocols and preventative maintenance plans.
• Provide recommendations to technicians to decrease analytical variation and enhance reliability.
• Participate in multifunctional project teams.
• Qualify new analytical techniques.
• Lead analytical test method implementation verification and validation.
• Champion new methods for improving QC Lab performance.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university in chemistry or related field.
• 5 years experience commensurate with technology within the plants lab.
• Experience in instrumentation troubleshooting.

• Problem-solving abilities and passion for continuous improvement.
• Proactive mindset with proven track record of completing tasks/projects independently with minimal guidance.
• Communication skills adaptability teamwork creativity and strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with ISO9001:2015.

• Participate in audits inspections and plant-wide initiatives.
• Operate within strict safety regulatory and quality compliance standards.
