Required experience and education: Bachelors degree and3 years of experience in training course development or instruction intelligence analysis or military capabilities or 7 years of experience in training course development or instruction intelligence analysis or military capabilities in lieu of a degree.
Description
We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.
On our team youll work with SMEs to capture your customers training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience youllprepare training material to drive intelligence goals objectives tradecraft and standards.
Youll use your technical skills creativity and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom. Youll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies including blended learning to build a successful learning environment.
Youll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback review emerging policy and doctrine publicationsprovide feedback and assess for incorporation into training products. Youll provide lesson plans presentations and curricula in support of educationalgoals and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and TrainingDevelopment Capability (TDC).
Required qualifications:
Experience working withbuilding and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
Knowledge of instructional design intelligence analysis tradecraft and national security concepts
Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelors degree and3 years of experience in training course development or instruction intelligence analysis or military capabilities or 7 years of experience in training course development or instruction intelligence analysis or military capabilities in lieu of a degree
Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Knowledge oftransportation and logistics systems including railroads roads or highways bridges storage facilities ports and airfields.
- Current CI poly conducted within the past seven years.
