MW Partners is currently seeking a System Analyst to work for our client who is a well-known leading utilities company.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Serve as a Release Train Engineer for an SAP S/4 ERP Implementation program using a hybrid agile implementation methodology.
• Support Release 2 (R2) Release Managers by providing a holistic release management capability to ensure the successful delivery of the release and its related value.
• Coach and support an agile team of teams known as an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Facilitate ART activities and ceremonies.
• Help identify and resolve impediments.
• Manage risks and dependencies.
• Perform IT performance management.
• Measure and report performance.
• Provide critical insights into sprint execution and delivery risks.
• Provide critical risk management and mitigation support.

Requirements:

• Large SAP ERP Technology Program/Project Implementation experience.
• Strategic insights-based data analysis using various analytical tools and programming languages including Python Power Automate and Power BI.
• Data Mining: Identify extract and gather data from various sources including databases APIs and other repositories to build comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate insights and support decision-making.
• Utilize visualization tools such as Power BI to present data findings clearly and effectively.
• IT Performance Management measurement and reporting.
• Plan organize and facilitate ART ceremonies.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring the execution of features and capabilities.
• Work with delivery teams to identify and address risks or impediments to achieving their objectives.
• Measure ART delivery maturity and performance and review metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other outcome metrics across teams.
• Create timelines milestones and cadence of increments and releases for the ART.
• Oversee the development of reports and analyses to track progress toward goals.
• Understanding of and experience with SAFe.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written verbal and presentation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using enterprise agile planning tools such as Agility Planview Smartsheet Atlassian Jira Align and Apptio Targetprocess.
• 5 years of experience with agile development ideally in a Scrum Master Product Owner or other leadership role.
• Release Train Engineer experience preferred.
• Agile Scrum SAFe or project management certifications preferred (e.g. SA SPC RTE CSM CSP PMI).
• Work with Product Managers Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and the development work being executed by agile teams.
• Provide input on resourcing needs to address critical bottlenecks.
• Assist and facilitate feature and capability estimation by teams.
