Position Summary: As ASC Supervisor youll oversee daily operations lead clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care operational efficiency and team collaboration across pre-op intra-op and post-op services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily ASC operations including staffing patient flow and quality care

• Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams

• Ensure compliance with federal state and accreditation standards

• Oversee inventory supplies and equipment management

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness

• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations

Qualifications:

• Current Arkansas RN license

• BLS & ACLS certifications

• BSN preferred

• 5 years ASC/Hospitalexperience as an RN

• 3 years leadership or management experience
