The Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor (AC Supervisor) position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the AC Service Route Drivers and Production. The anticipated annual salary starts at $54000 and is commensurate with addition HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for daily supervision of assigned ACSRDs supporting service operations across designated territories.
• Supervises ACSRDs for customer retention inventory management and leads through effective team management and Samsara system.
• Oversee coordinate and facilitate the transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACSRDs.
• Ensures compliance with company policies maintains confidentiality adheres to all federal state and local regulations and upholds professional conduct at all times.

What you will bring to the role:

• A High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• Must have experience driving a 26 box truck.
• Union environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal written and listening) organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.

• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will be based out of the Roble Rd. Allentown location but will be driving/delivering up to 40% of their time. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

• The normal hours for this position are 8:00am-5pm at our Allentown location. Must be flexible for a 4am start with additional hours as needed.
• Valid Drivers license with clean motor vehicle record.
