Job Description
A growing Amazon and e-commerce company is seeking an Amazon Growth & Analytics Manager to analyze and improve Amazon listing performance through data-driven strategy marketplace analytics conversion analysis keyword research PPC management and sales performance evaluation. This role focuses heavily on understanding traffic patterns conversion behavior keyword performance customer intent and marketplace trends to support overall account growth and product performance. The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing the underlying performance drivers behind Amazon listings by analyzing marketplace data customer behavior conversion trends and search performance to implement strategic optimizations across listings advertising and product positioning.

Responsibilities
Analyze Amazon listing performance conversion rates traffic trends and customer behavior
Identify opportunities to improve ranking conversion and overall sales performance
Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and keyword strategy
Evaluate impressions click-through rates sessions conversions and search query performance
Diagnose sales declines traffic drops and conversion issues across Amazon listings
Utilize Amazon analytics tools and reporting systems to guide strategic decision-making
Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and marketplace trend analysis
Test and implement listing optimizations campaign adjustments and growth strategies
Analyze customer reviews and search behavior to improve listing positioning and conversion
Track and evaluate performance metrics across products and campaigns
Collaborate with creative and operational teams regarding listing improvements and product strategy
Research and utilize Amazon-focused software tools and reporting platforms
Qualifications
Strong Amazon marketplace experience required
Hands-on PPC experience required
Strong understanding of Amazon analytics reporting conversion metrics and ranking factors
Experience improving Amazon listing performance and driving measurable sales growth
Experience analyzing customer behavior keyword performance and marketplace trends
Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 Search Query Performance Scale Insights Sellerboard or similar platforms preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret marketplace data and turn it into actionable strategy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
