All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission Travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. *TWO references from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references these will not be considered and profile will be rejected. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. Locals accepted at same BR PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Facility does not accept any license hits. EFFECTIVE 9/30/22 : Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis.
