Use multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes (Fluoro Ultrasound CT and MR). Image inpatient outpatient pediatric and intra-operative patients while using critical thinking skills. Special Equipment : We have GE and Siemens equipment (preferred but not a deal breaker) #Tier3 Travel Compliance Floating : Travelers are required to float as needed. Local Rule : 50 miles from the facility. Locals not accepted. Minimum experience : Inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to . References : please remove all references. Pass /Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam will be required prior to start. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation ventricular tachycardia asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks 1 incorrect answer will cause failure Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation ventricular tachycardia asystole and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
