Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer (MLOps & Computer Vision) to support a strategic initiative with the State of Texas.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing developing and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions with strong expertise in MLOps Computer Vision GIS and spatial data analytics.
• This role requires domain experience in Transportation Logistics or Smart City sectors and involves working in a hybrid environment in Austin Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise and government applications.
• Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training deployment monitoring and optimization.
• Develop and implement Computer Vision solutions for image and video analytics.
• Work with geospatial datasets and GIS technologies to analyze spatial information and generate actionable insights.
• Build predictive and analytical models to support transportation logistics and smart city initiatives.
• Implement model versioning CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects data engineers and domain experts to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance scalability and reliability in production environments.
• Develop data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks to support AI/ML workloads.
• Participate in architecture discussions code reviews testing and production support activities.
• Document technical designs models and deployment procedures.
• Support Agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
• Expertise in MLOps frameworks and production model deployment
• Hands-on experience with Computer Vision technologies
• Experience building and maintaining ML pipelines
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with model monitoring and lifecycle management
• Experience with CI/CD processes for ML workloads
• Strong understanding of feature engineering and model optimization
• Expertise in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)
• Strong experience analyzing spatial and geospatial data
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI architectures
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with either Government or Private Sector organizations within these domains.
• Experience with large-scale AI/ML platforms and production environments.
• Exposure to advanced analytics and geospatial intelligence solutions.
• Experience integrating Computer Vision models with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices and model governance.
• Relevant AI/ML Cloud or Data certifications are highly desirable.
