AI Accelerator Solutions Engineer

Description

OCI is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer that helps the Business Operations team transform manual processes into trusted repeatable AI-assisted solutions. This role combines workflow architecture AI tooling systems integration and operational problem-solving to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes pain points and desired
  outcomes
• Design and build AI-assisted workflows using modern AI development tools and
  automation frameworks
• Translate business requirements into reusable workflows prompts agents skills and
  integrations
• Connect files APIs databases and enterprise systems to support workflow automation
• Develop validation and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure output accuracy and trust
• Troubleshoot workflow data integration and AI-related issues
• Document solutions operating procedures assumptions and support requirements
• Support stakeholder adoption through training guidance and reusable best practices
• Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across teams

Responsibilities

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3 years building software automation data solutions AI workflows or business systems
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions beyond proof-of-concept stage
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Codex Claude Code Cursor OpenAI APIs Anthropic APIs or similar
• Strong systems thinking debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience integrating APIs structured data files and business systems
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions

• Strong written communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building agents skills MCP integrations or workflow orchestration frameworks
• Python SQL JSON YAML and API development experience
• Experience with GitHub version control and modern development workflows
• Experience deploying solutions on AWS Azure GCP Vercel Supabase or similar platforms
• Experience building internal tools operational automation or AI-enabled business applications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102300 to $209500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
