Job Summary
Lumi Nails & MedSpa is a boutique luxury nail salon and medical spa opening in Chicagos South Loop. We offer Russian manicures luxury pedicures lash and brow services HydraFacials chemical peels neuromodulators dermal fillers biostimulators PRF treatments and Pico laser. We are looking for a Licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health and delivering exceptional results-driven facial treatments in an elevated welcoming environment.
The Role
As a Licensed Aesthetician you will perform a range of advanced skincare services build lasting client relationships and help clients achieve their skin goals through customized treatment plans and product recommendations.
What Youll Do
Perform HydraFacials chemical peels dermaplaning and customized facial treatments. Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare routines products and aftercare. Maintain a clean sanitary and welcoming treatment space. Stay current on the latest skincare techniques and products. Support retail sales and rebooking to build a loyal client base.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Active Illinois Aesthetician/Esthetician license. Experience with facials chemical peels and advanced skincare treatments preferred. Strong knowledge of skin health products and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and client-care skills. A passion for results-driven skincare and continuing education.
Compensation
Competitive base plus commission with a 90-day guaranteed hourly rate during ramp-up. Full-Time or Part-Time options available.
Bonus
HydraFacial certification dermaplaning experience an existing client following or laser/medspa experience a plus.
