TheAcxiom SalesforcePracticeis seeking anAdvisory Solutions Directorto join our remote North American-based SalesTeam. This strategic role focuses ongeneratingnew logo businessto expandAcxiomsclient base intheFinancialServicesIndustrythroughconsultativeselling.

You will engage with organizations acrosstheFinancialServicesIndustryfocusing on Banking Insurance and Wealth Management sub-verticalshelping them drive innovationcustomerengagement and data-driven growth using Salesforce technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive strategic growth withintheFinancialServicesverticalsby positioningrelated multi-cloud offerings (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Commerce CloudExperience CloudMarketing CloudFinancial Services CloudData360 andAgentforce).

  • Advise clients onAcxiomsdata management strategiestooptimizeData360 andAgentforce.

  • Leadsolution strategy sessions opportunity analysis account discovery proposal presentations and statement of work (SOW) negotiationswith C-level stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners toidentifyand close newlogoopportunities inFinancialServices.

  • Develop and deliver compellingsales presentations and solution demonstrationsaligned to client business and technologyobjectives.

  • Manage and influence the complete sales cycle ensuring a seamless transition from strategy through implementation.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships within theFinancialServicesecosystem to support sustained growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with Acxiomadvisoryengineeringdeliveryand marketing teams to developindustry-specific go-to-market strategiesand solution offerings.

  • Maintainaccuratepipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with company goals and sales targets.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends inFinancialServicesto position Acxiom as a trusted thought leader.

EDUCATION TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 yearsof sales or account executive experience preferably withinSalesforce ecosystem consulting or services.

  • 3 yearsof experience working withFinancialServicesclients across Banking Insurance and Wealth Management.

  • Proven experience sellingSalesforcePlatformandrelated Salesforceindustry solutions and/or accelerators.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Bachelorsdegreein Business Information TechnologyFinanceor a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Salesforce Certificationsin multiple CoreCloudsandFinancial Services Cloudare stronglypreferred.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform capabilities includingSales Cloud Service CloudCommerce Cloud Experience CloudMarketing CloudFinancial Services CloudData360 andAgentforce.

  • Familiarity withFinancialServicesbusinessprocessesand industry challenges.

  • Exceptionalconsultative sellingandstrategic solutioningskills.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation abilities withexperienceengaging executive-level audiences.

  • Collaborative and influential leadershipstyle;thrives in a win as a team environment.
