Join one of Sentara Medical Groups most respected and established family medicine practices as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our flagship First Colonial location in Virginia Beach VA. This full-time outpatient opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative team of eight physicians and four advanced practice providers in a welcoming family-like culture that prioritizes exceptional patient care teamwork and work-life balance. With a flexible schedule the option for a four-day workweek a structured onboarding experience and the opportunity to care for patients across all ages this position is ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates seeking a supportive environment to grow and thrive.

Position Highlights:

• 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of admin; some flexibility on days and times

• Hours are 8:00am 4:30pm

• Average number of patients a day is 18 20

• No call / no weekends
