Were hiring an Adult Psychiatrist who wants strong earning potential a collaborative care environment and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry.

Youll step into a role providing adult psychiatric care across a 16-bed inpatient unit and outpatient setting. Mornings are primarily dedicated to inpatient rounds with afternoons focused on outpatient care. Youll share weekday inpatient coverage with another psychiatrist while working alongside an established multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

What makes you a great fit
You are a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
You hold or can obtain an Indiana medical license
You can maintain appropriate CSR and DEA credentials
Youre comfortable providing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care
New graduates completing residency or fellowship are welcome

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $316000 with increases based on years of experience
RVU-based productivity incentive available
