Job Title: Adobe AEP Lead/Architect
Location: Atlanta GA (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Client: Retail Domain
We are looking for a highly hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end implementations take full ownership and act as a strong single point of contact (SPOC). The ideal candidate should be execution-focused proactive and capable of leading from the front without dependency on external teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations across enterprise environments
- Design and implement XDM schemas RT-CDP data ingestion pipelines and activation strategies
- Act as a self-reliant SPOC driving execution without reliance on external support (ACS or others)
- Proactively identify risks and define clear mitigation strategies early in the lifecycle
- Collaborate with business marketing and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure strong ownership accountability and delivery excellence
- Strong hands-on experience in AEP (not just advisory)
- Expertise in RT-CDP XDM Identity Service Segmentation Data Streams
- Proven ability to drive implementation independently and deliver results
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments (Retail preferred)
- Strong problem-solving communication and leadership skills
- Execution-driven consultant who can lead from the front
- Demonstrated ability to own delivery end-to-end
- Proactive mindset with risk identification and mitigation capability
- Minimal dependency on external teams; strong self-sufficiency
