Job Summary
A growing homecare company is seeking an experienced and talented Operations Manager to oversee day to day operations and lead a team in a fast paced healthcare environment. This role requires a strong leader who understands the homecare industry and can ensure operational excellence while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and workflow management
Lead and support operational teams
Ensure compliance with homecare regulations and company policies
Monitor performance and implement process improvements
Coordinate with staff clients and leadership teams
Manage operational reporting and performance metrics
Ensure high quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Prior homecare experience required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Experience overseeing operations and staff performance
